There is a new update to
'File Splitter' available, with version 1.0.1.2.
Our user Kietriss has asked for a few options to be added, namely for the software to remember the 'save path' and 'split size' when closing, so there it is - thanks Kietriss!
Also, the use of a dos 'batch file' was confusing some users, so the file joining process has been changed. Now, the software - when splitting files - also creates a regular windows executable, in the same directory as the split files. Just run this, and the files will be re-assembled back (same as with the old 'batch file' method).. You can recognize the 'joiner', from it's icon of a white cross in a red background. When run, this executable read the info from an 'ini' file that is also created at the same time as the 'joiner' executable.
Well, just download this new version form our
freeware page, as usual, and send us feedback about it, ok?
